RESTRICTIONS: Regulated materials are prohibited entry into Louisiana from regulated
states unless certified free from LY and accompanied by a special permit or
state phyto from the state of origin. Non host palms from non infested counties
or from an area 25 mile from any infested plants are allowed. |

TEXAS, MISSISSIPPI and LOUISIANA both have a few restrictions for plants being shipped from Florida. We have
meet every restriction so far but some are beyond our control. We can ship to TEXAS and MISSISSIPPI as long as the palm you have chosen is not on
the Lethal Yellowing list (bottom of this page). We can also ship any palm to LOUISIANA for an extra $10 (total order) for a lethal yellowing
